You are not buying a project. You are hiring a role.
Two months to prove it works in your business. Only then, a subscription.
The pilot
One role, in production, with your real data and your real customers.
€3,600 to know, instead of assuming.
Start the pilot- We pick together the role that costs you the most today
- In production within 2 to 4 weeks, not a demo mockup
- The dashboard that goes with it, where you steer and act
- Hosting, monitoring and AI costs up to €500 per month included
- After 60 days you have numbers: time recovered, requests handled, follow-ups sent
If the role is not running in production by the end of month one, you do not pay for month two.
The role in service
It runs, it is monitored, and it improves without you asking for a quote.
Each additional role: €2,000 per month.
Talk about my role- A complete role, with as many agents and workflows inside as it takes
- Your own dashboard, with per-user permissions
- Changes shipped in days, included, without counting requests
- Hosting, daily monitoring and AI costs up to €500 per month included
- Cancel any time, one month's notice
You only move here if the pilot convinced you.
- Hosting included, AI usage included up to €500 per month
- AI usage above that billed at cost
- Cancel anytime, one month notice
- Month two free if the role is not running
What you pay for
A role, not a piece of software.
You do not pay per agent, per automation, or by the hour. You pay for a scope of work that stops landing on your desk. What goes inside it to make that happen is my problem.
The sales role
What it holds
- Qualifies inbound requestsWebsite form, email, notes from calls
- Prepares quotesWith your pricing rules, not a model's guess
- Follows up at the right momentWithout you remembering on a Sunday night
The customer care role
What it holds
- Answers the routine questionsIn your customer's language, with your answers
- Sorts and routesUrgent rises to the top, the rest keeps moving
- Escalates the moment it doubtsA person takes over, with the full context
The back office role
What it holds
- Processes invoicesExtract, check, post
- ReconcilesAnd flags whatever does not add up
- Chases late paymentsPolitely, but every single day if needed
What is included
Everything, except the surprises.
The question I get most often is not the price, it is what gets added to the price. The answer is nothing, as long as your AI usage stays under €500 per month.
What is not included
Licences for your own tools: Odoo, your CRM, your phone system. You already pay for those and I do not mark them up.
AI usage above €500 per month. It is billed at cost.
An integration into a system with no API, or with an API in name only. It happens, and when it does I quote it separately, before we start.
Migrating a history of data that needs cleaning. If your data is in a state that needs manual work, I tell you before, not after.
The real comparison
Compare it to what you already do.
You do it yourself
- In the evening and at weekends, because the day is taken
- Missed follow-ups show up nowhere, except in revenue
- And it stops dead the week you go on holiday
You hire someone
- Employer cost, holidays, training, turnover
- Available in office hours, not Sunday at 10pm
- And you have to recruit them first, which takes months
You hire a role
- €3,000 a month, hosting included, AI usage included up to €500, cancel any time
- It runs at night, at weekends, and while you are away
- Live in 2 to 4 weeks, not in six months
My guarantee
The risk sits on my side, not yours.
If the role is not running in production by the end of month one, you do not pay for month two. No discussion, nothing to justify.
It is a guarantee I can hold because it depends only on me. I am not promising a commercial result that depends on your market: I am promising the system runs. The rest, we measure together over the 60 days.
What people ask me
Before you have to ask.
What exactly is a role?
A scope of work, not a tool. "Handle inbound requests" is a role. It might contain three agents, six workflows and a dashboard, and you do not pay per part. If I need to add one for the role to hold, I add it.
Why not cheaper?
Because I do not sell hours. And because what actually costs a lot is not a €3,000 subscription: it is a €15,000 project that never goes live, or six months spent doing by hand what a machine does overnight.
Are AI costs really included?
Yes, up to €500 per month, which comfortably covers normal use of a role. Above that, usage is billed at cost. I would rather optimise consumption on my side than have you hesitate before every use.
I already have an integrator, is that a problem?
The opposite. They know your systems better than I do and they stay your reference on them. I take care of what runs on top. I work with the integrator, not against them.
What if I want to stop?
One month's notice, no penalty. I have no interest in keeping a client who stays because they are locked in: it shows immediately in the relationship, and it does nobody any good.
What happens when the system gets it wrong?
You see it. Every action is logged, every run can be inspected, and everything is reversible. That is exactly why we decide up front what the system may do on its own, and where a person signs off.
You still work at Orange, will you have the time?
Yes, because I take two clients at a time, no more. That is the real reason I do not chase volume: I would rather deliver two things that run than five that drag.
Connecting the dots
Start with the role that costs you the most.
Thirty minutes to talk it through. I will tell you honestly whether it is worth it, and if the answer is no, I will tell you that too.
